Returns & Exchanges

At Clayco, we want you to love your skincare journey, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Clayco products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
